Meditation teaches us to direct our attention to what is happening right here, right now, with an attitude of kindness towards oneself, others and fully engage in our every experience. Maintaining this awareness can be extremely challenging given the busy and demanding lives we all live. This is why meditation is so important in creating a space for relaxation, rejuvenation and healing.
We have a 6 week beginners on-line programme to give you tools and techniques to help you overcome any stressful challenges you may be experiencing in life.
We also offer 1 – 1 and group sessions on request.
